With Concur® Mobile, business travelers can manage their Cliqbook® travel itineraries from their iPhone, BlackBerry or Windows phone – giving travelers the freedom and flexibility to better manage their travel while on the go. Employees can view their itinerary, complete online check-in, search flight schedules, change a return flight (time or day), view seat availability, or check their flight status. Concur® Mobile also makes it easy to change an itinerary so adding or canceling dining, hotels, taxis or rental cars is a snap. When searching for a hotel or rental car, search results reveal preferred providers first – and a visual color cue (green, yellow or red) indicates if the new item is within policy – so it’s easy to encourage employees to stay compliant.
Integrates With Both Cliqbook® and Concur® Expense
Concur® Mobile provides smart phone access for companies utilizing Cliqbook® alone, as well as those who subscribe to the complete Concur® Travel & Expense package. With the full program travelers can take advantage of additional time saving features on their smart phones for expense reporting and management.
With the mobile solution, travelers can view expense details, edit expenses, delete expenses or enter new expenses for items such as meals or tips. Using the phone’s camera, the traveler can capture an image of the receipt and attach the image to the expense type. The receipt image is imported into Concur® Travel & Expense and appears as a mobile expense entry that is compliant with the US IRS guidelines for expense documentation. Adding new expenses while on the go allows travelers to enter expenses in real-time simplifying the process on the back end of the business trip, minimizing the manual effort of completing the expense report and improving productivity.

And when booked, the traveler’s itinerary will be updated with the new rental car or local taxi service reservation and they will receive a confirmation.
