to make their travel programs eco-friendly with our
Certified Green Travel Partner program.

Under this voluntary program a monthly assessment of your firm’s
carbon footprint would be made by estimating the carbon released
as a result of your employees’ airline travel.

 Carbon credits covering these releases would be purchased
in your firm’s name and your corporate credit card would be
billed for the offsets.

Teplis charges a nominal fee for this service and will provide you with
monthly account statements, an official Green Travel Partner certificate,
and the logo at right which may be used on your website and in other
corporate communications signifying your participation.

As the business community becomes more attuned to green practices
it will become more important to let clients and the public
see your firm’s efforts to do the right thing.

We have researched the many carbon offset programs available and have selected primary vendors which we feel offered the best value for our clients. You may select one of these vendors or leave the selection to us.

Our criteria in selecting primary vendors was to find programs where new investments yielded new energy production or reforestation as opposed to programs that funded existing programs or protected existing woodlands. Independent product verification was also important and all of the programs selected had impeccable credentials issued by government or industry verification organizations.

Finally the cost per ton of CO2 offset was considered, making sure your firm’s contribution makes a
difference in reducing global warming.
