If you go to the same destination frequently and plan on staying at the same hotel, and renting from the same car company each trip, you can save yourself a lot of time by using a Trip Template. They're fast, and easy to use!

Setting Up a Trip Template

• If you want to create a template from an itinerary you've just made, select the "Save as Trip Template" link after an itinerary is booked (at the Suggested Itinerary screen).It will now ask you to enter a Template Name, maximum airfare, type, and any Memer ID's that can share the template. Click on "save".
• If you want to create a template from a previous trip, go to Trips and Templates and look in the Trip Archive. Once you have it open, click on "Save as Trip Template".

Using A Trip Template To Book

To book a trip using a saved trip template select the trip from the Trips and Templates page and enter the departure date (and number of days if applicable) and continue as you would with a normal reservation.
