Custom Corporate Travel Policy With Cliqbook®
Cliqbook® provides robust solutions for managing travel policy. The program is highly customizable, allowing travel managers to fine tune the way that search results are presented to travelers, simplifying compliance. There are variable settings for executives and rank-and-file travelers, and the use of preferred suppliers may be merely encouraged or mandated.
Cliqbook® utilizes a simple, configurable, traffic light coloring system for travelers to easily see their travel options and degree of compliance with their travel rules. The stoplight color coding is as follows: green = full compliance so the traveler can proceed through to ticketing; yellow = passive approval (pre-trip notification) so the travel can book but notification will be sent to the manager that more compliant fares/rates were foregone; and red = hard stop (pre-trip approval) so the traveler will need manager approval first.
The program simplifies the approval process as well, sending pre-designated travel approvers an e-mail detailing the employee’s itinerary and containing a link that sends an authorization to release the trip to ticketing.
