Gary Teplis, Chief Executive Officer, has been in the travel industry most of his life, working to build Teplis into the company it is today. A graduate of Rollins College and London University, Gary interacts with travel managers and executives at firms with a global footprint, fine-tuning service delivery in an ever-changing marketplace. Staying on top of the latest developments in travel technology is a passion for Gary and he helps his firm keep pace with innovation in the industry. In addition to working in the family business, Gary has often been a venture capitalist, helping create the site travelscape.com which was quite successful leading to its purchase by a major online distributor.

Tracy Rawson, Vice President of Business Development, recently joined the Teplis Travel team from her previous role as Director of Enterprise Sales with Travel Leaders Corporate. Tracy has a passion for travel and technology and brings over 23 years of experience in the travel industry, specializing in global sales and marketing. At Teplis Travel, Tracy works with travel managers and executives at firms with a global footprint, mid-size companies, as well as companies looking for a first time travel management program. She is also currently an MBA Candidate for International Business.

Van Henderson, Senior Vice President, Account Management, joined the Teplis Team in 1985, after working 10 years with Delta Air Lines where he held various positions in Reservations, Marketing, and Marketing Technologies. With over 41 years of travel industry experience, Van has an extensive background in business travel and will aid our team as they craft workable long-term solutions to your travel management needs.

Terri Hiltzheimer, Vice President, Account Management, Terri is a travel management company veteran with over 25 years of experience. She started her travel career with World Travel Partners/BCD as an agent before managing multiple onsite locations and moving into account services. Terri has held positions with CCRA and Carlson Wagonlit. For the past 10 years, Terri was Online Support Manager and then Account Services Director for a local Travel Leaders Network franchiser, Four Seasons Travel.

Linda Alexander, Senior Vice President, Operations, has been with Teplis since 1996 and has over twenty-five years of travel agency experience including corporate and multiple-branch management responsibilities with several top-ranked agencies. Her responsibilities at Teplis Travel include direct supervision of the areas of Corporate Reservations, Onsite Operations, International, Groups, Vacations, and Quality Control. Linda will support our Client Services Manager in resolving all agent issues.

Ted Petty, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Teplis with a broad background in the travel, e-commerce, and technology industries. As CTO/CIO, Ted leads Teplis’ strategic vision for client facing technologies, products, tools, and services including E-commerce, Digital, Online/Web, Mobile, Travel Technologies, and Business Intelligence. Prior to joining Teplis, Ted worked at several leading hospitality and travel companies including Walt Disney Parks & Resorts and AAA Travel.
