Airlines could shrink carry-on bag size

In what could be the first indication that more stringent requirements for carry-on bag sizes are coming, IATA (the airline industry trade association) is working behind the scenes with luggage manufacturers to create a “Cabin OK” label for bags that meet new size limits.
