Snow, sometimes heavy and windy enough for blizzard conditions, is forecast across much of the northern tier of the country through the weekend, disrupting travel along icy roads and at congested airports. Blizzard conditions are possible in airline hubs such as Denver and Chicago, where many carriers have begun issuing travel warnings. United, Delta and American have already published waivers for flights at more than two dozen airports around the Great Lakes including Chicago O’Hare. If you need to change your flight contact your Teplis agent ASAP as the waivers are set to expire on December 20.
